Nope, they are related just to the Steam playerbase, because it's only the Steam stats. Although it may somehow reflect the entire playerbase, it may also be entirely wrong and very misleading. There is probably safe to assume the entire playerbase has declined recently, but exactly how much can be hardly reliably decided by the Steam stats, because it's just a minor portion of the entire playerbase.

Yes, it will. But as I wrote before, it means nothing in a relation to the game playerbase stats. So I am not sure what you have actually tried to prove.
Addendum: I took another quick look to the stats to filter out just the known active players on Inara (and by the "known active players" I mean just those users that imported their journals, so they were in the game. The entire userbase is bigger than that, of course). The results - close to 5% increase of the console players percentage in comparison to PC player numbers. It also worth to be added that my sample pool is much bigger than the Steam charts sample. Yet, I do not make any conclusions on that - as I said, it doesn't mean anything.
Mate I never said you claimed anything. I didn't drag you into this. In fact, prior to this, I had no clue who you were or what you did. (Inara is a fine bot of work btw, kudos!)
I claimed using Inara figures was inaccurate in this conversation, Someone else claimed they were representative, wrongly.

As a few people have suggested a self seeding prophecy if you take note of this thread from a while back. Would hazard a guess now that the decline mentioned is even more substantial as of recent news and handling.....

I wasn't being sarcastic. They are literally staying behind to help a playerbase that will only dwindle more and more.
People like this are the genuine in game super heroes.
Maybe you should take a lesson from them though, and learn how to be helpful instead of just randomly attacking people for no reason.

The hull seal guys are legendary, and I have huge respect for them. But that wasn't any relevance to what I wrote. It's not like I came here to just try and offend you, as this is not a junior school playground.

I've always wondered what the ratio was for each mode.I think that has nothing to do with the health of the community. Don't forget that it is cheaper to play in Solo on consoles.
I've honestly always appreciated CG's for that very reason, seeing tons of people in open and fighting them in CZ's.

I would like to ask you the following question:
Don't console gamers think that ED is outdated, with problems to advance in its development, unable to receive graphical improvements among others, because consoles don't have the potential that a PC offers?
I don't think that despite being bad news, thinking about the future it could be a good thing? I say a good thing because by focusing the development only on PC they will be able to add and improve many aspects without worrying about the low performance offered by a console compared to a current pc.
I don't want to mention the other game, but just imagining everything we have in ED with some graphical aspects of the competition, we would have ED for 10 more years.
