Huh? Did someone mess with the Exploration Server Database?

Just re-entered a System I just today (~3hrs ago) passed by and scanned. EDSM confirmed that I scanned the System hours ago.

To my surprise, I'm seeing everything Unexplored again (??)

Something up with the Server Database there?
