Hutton orbital free anaconda not there

I have just arrived at the Hutton orbital station and i have not receved the message that states that this is a milestone faor a lot of players and have not receved an Anaconda.

Is this normal and if not how can I "fix" this issue?

ok so I have found how to get the message.

for that I just had to scan a beacon next to the station but the anaconda is still missing

well in my defense when he showed me the video i did my research on YT and it seemed to be true.

Yes I'm very new to the game and I don't think i will hesitate to ask questions because it's in my opinion a great way to get what you need in a relatively quick way.

When I fell for it I only made it 10 mins worth of supercruise before I started looking for verification and found only evidence to the contrary. Its a rite of passage OP, one you will always remember. I bet you won't be so easily suckered in the future. Also they moved the free Anaconda to the Sabiyhan system iirc
