Hybrids?

Are hybrids and cohabitation between species in line with PZ? I don't mean ligers. I mean ones that could occur naturally.
For example, polar bears do not hunt grizzly bears in the wild, in fact they sometimes mate and produce offspring in the wild. The same goes for camels, and sometimes wolf speies.

I strongly believe that would go against Frontiers conservation message. I mean, polar bears and grizzlys just mate, because polar bears lose their habitat and therefore meet grizzlys in the wild. It's not evolution, it's basically nothing different than putting a tiger and a lion in a cage. Humanity doesn't give polar bears any other options.

I prefer that we don't have hybrids. It could be confusing for children and I prefer that the effort needed to create the new models for those hybrids animals is put in creating new animal species instead.

They migh happen naturally but I doubt any zoo have mixed enclosure with polar bears and grizzlies so they can mate. I find even the though of it somewhat disturbing.

Zoos deliberately avoid hybridising species.
