I can use your help a lot!

hello everyone,

I could really use your feedback on how to improve my building skills/qualities on this game.

example 2:
example 3:
example 4:
also i could really use your ideas on how to make an interesting continuation of this theme for the coaster ride that will be placed there. since we're limited with our imagination and some building parts, i need some fresh eyes to take a look as i dont want to build a city with houses that look identical, it has to be something that looks authentic.

i hope you all can help me out!
im pretty sure you can since this is one of the best forums i've even been on when it comes to originality and creativity!

kind regards,

MrCow

i don't think you need feedback. your stuff looks good as is. honestly, there is probably a lot of people who wish they could design modular stuff as well as you do. i know my buildings don't look as good as yours. not everyone is going to be a silvarett. just be happy with what you can do and have fun with it

Hey MrCow, thanks for sharing your creations. So far they are looking quite nice.

A great thing from the community is that you can share your creations in Planet Coaster, or any other game, for that part. There have been almost countless creations in Planet Coaster already, and most of them shared by the community look amazing!

The shared creations are to show off what people create, but they also serve as a great source of inspiration to others. So, if you want to improve your Planet Coaster skills, I suggest you watch some beautiful creations from other players, especially videos that show how those creations were made in the game. It's a great recommendation if you ask me, imho. [happy]

Here's a great video of fantastic creations by the community to start with (in case you haven't already seen it).

I recommend to search for videos on YouTube, there's an amazing amount of inspiration waiting to be discovered! [big grin]

thanks for that video! it will most certainly give me some ideas for what to create myself :D

I can use your help alot!

Since my last post has disappeared into the crowd of threads(i litterly cant find it) im making this one, i need your input for my park! Right now i have this: https://youtu.be/hE34MAxJEEw

I want to make it a paradise kind of feeling but a lost paradise thing. So it can be anything! It can even be greek or roman buildings since its a "lost" paradise re-discovered so i can make up a background story myself!(i will make a full video once its completely done with alot of storyline into it. I love rides with a story like platform13 in walibi holland)

So please let me know what theme/what kind of buildings fit with what i have right now! :D

Maybe make the buildings actually falling apart. Walls that don't have even finished tops, holes in the walls. If you are going for a "lost" city, the city isn't going to have pretty buildings.

Also, Youtube allows you to share the video to a specific "minute" mark by checking that small box in the share this video tab. Use that next time to link to a spot in your build video where you fly around and check out all the buildings. Otherwise make a 2 or 3 minute progress overview video and share that with us.

You have good building skills. I don't know the difference between greek or roman, flip a coin and go with one.

RE your lost thread. Do you mean this one? I expect you misplaced it because it's in the Off Topic section.

I can merge the topics and locate the resultant thread in Planet Coaster Discussions if you like?

building a house/structure that looks like its falling apart is near impossible with the tools we have right now. however: challenge accepted! and i'll be sure to tick that view from "x" time next time :)
