I CANT GET INTO THE GAME HELP PLEASE

I think that's the (big) issue at this moment. I've already seen too many comments from people not knowing what their specs are. And bought JWE2 because they were able to play JWE (or PZ).
I think if you have clean/well organized pc and don't match 1 minimal requirement, there's a chance you'll be able to run the game (maybe more crashes and bugs)
But it's a gamble. People could buy it, try the game and refund the game within 2 playing hours if it doesn't work.
I've decided to just get it on the Xbox (hopefully it works. It should, though).

I may try to update the graphics card anyway, to play my current games on higher graphics.

Goodbye, JWE 2 PC. Hello, JWE 2 Xbox

That's slightly better than yours.

Quick google search: 2013 GPU, 2GB and could encounter issues with some Direct X12 games.
In theory the CPU could be enough but wouldn't count on it, if it's been used for several years the CPU performance is worse.

I would say no. Don't think it would launch the game in the first place because of the 2GB GPU.

It's not a bug. No one can help you with this. You need a new computer. Hate to say it but it's true. That's not enough to run this game. Like others have said it's well below the minimum system requirements.

Integrated graphics and laptops in general are bad for gaming. If you don't have one of those $1,000+ laptops specifically made for gaming then it's a waste of time. If you bought the game on Steam you can get a refund easily. They will either refund the money back to your Steam account or whatever card you used to buy it. So if it was a prepaid gift card then hold onto your card. You said you can't even access so you haven't gone over the 2 hour play time limit. You have 2 hours of play time and 14 days to request a refund. Steam will refund a game no questions asked as long as it's within those 2 time requirements.
