I have a problem with the controls on my PS5

I have only been playing on PS5 for a few weeks but the other day my left and right stick suddenly changed how the camera moves. Now I cant build or move anything because instead of just moving round the scene the item goes into the air or into the ground, the barrier tool isn't working correctly either, Im not sure if I have accidentally changed a setting somehow, but I haven't been into the settings to change anything. So far this is only happening on my account. When I play it on my child's account, it seems to work normally. Does anyone have any advice or know what has happened? any help would be much appreciated Thank you.
