Well, that should change, I can loose a war but win more by loosing then by winning.Yes, you fight the war for control of the horizons settlement stated in the war. But if there are skirmishes in Odyssey settlements then these change hands according to the balance of wins in that particular settlement. Wins in Odyssey settlements are not stated in the war briefing papers in station. You just find out at the end when they change hands. So if Odyssey settlements fell into Sirius hands that would indicate that there were CMDRs fighting for Sirius in those settlements.
Regardless of all your info, I really would like to know where Frontiers stand is on employees manipulating BGS.
History tells us that wars are messyWell, that should change, I can loose a war but win more by loosing then by winning.

I want to go deeper in to this rabbet whole and find out, where is that damn rabbit hiding.
Protect the current Azimuth saga narrative, is that it ?We're not going ballistic on you mate.
You asked for an explanation as to how Sirius gained control of settlements despite them losing the war 4-1, and a couple of us gave that to you. (the fact that Sirius won a day shows there were CMDRs fighting for them). I mean, I suppose its possible that Frontier developers are intentionally doing stuff behind the scenes to protect the current Azimuth saga narrative, but based on what you told us happened, it sounds perfectly normal?
Why do you believe an employee is manipulating the BGS when it has already been explained that EDO assets can be won even if the war is lost?I want to know where Frontiers stand is on their employees manipulating the BGS ???
Yes, and there was a war fought over it recently in Reorte, and Reorte lost, because players decided that a module reward was more valuable to them than roleplaying the lore in the CG.Protect the current Azimuth saga narrative, is that it ?
Don't you people remember that Sirius was and is a mortal enemy of Old Worlds long before Elite Dangerous game.
I understand you have no interest in this because there is no stuphz but maybe if you wait a little...I'm suspecting that nobody's answer here is going to make you happy, or even placate you slightly, despite them being given.
You seem to have decided it's a conspiracy, so why argue? Just accept that the truth is out there.

I don't find this explanation satisfying and I want to know where Frontier stands on BGS manipulations. Why do you believe an employee is manipulating the BGS when it has already been explained that EDO assets can be won even if the war is lost?
All you need to do now is arrange another war to win, and to fight for the lost settlements as well as fighting the space CZs.
Of course, there may be others who are fighting the other surface CZs, so despite your efforts you could lose even more of them...
I said it's possible. But no, I don't think its likely. The loss of the settlements has already been explained (the actual explanation you were originally asking for).Protect the current Azimuth saga narrative, is that it ?
This is a Sirius accusation.Seems like I opened a pandora box.
this is interesting I was wondering if this was even possible , although my plan was to cause them to retreat completely back to sirius , and if possible completely eliminate the faction , if its possible then we as a community need to get on it asapMany of you may not care but something terrible is happening with Elite Dangerous MMO (BGS).
Since content about Sirius befriending Alliance which brought Sirius inside Old Worlds, we Old Worlds freedom fighters are at war with Sirius to oust them. After loosing in Reorte Sirius was moved to Leesti under smoke cover.
I will keep it short, we fought with Sirius in Leesti for around 2-3 months now, we almost retreat them but with magical powers they have, they managed to stay. Sirius had no asset because they lost every single war. Just few days ago we won another war against Sirius and yesterday magically Sirius acquired 3 settlements. I want to know HOW Sirius acquired 3 settlements overnight ???
If there are rules of MMO, Fdevs should be disallowed to change or manipulate MMO. Most MMO games and their respectful companys have rules against that.
I want to know where Frontiers stand is on their employees manipulating the BGS ???
@David Braben
This is the smoking gun. Clearly the devs play it far more than we think. And are fighting for Sirius no less!DO THE DEVS EVEN PLAY THEIR OWN GAME
I dont play for a faction. Old Worlds freedom fighters is no faction, no squad, we are hidden society defending Old Worlds from unwanted visitors. Sirius is known to be our biggest enemy despite Thargoid treat but I don't want to deviate from my main question. Where Frontier stand is on BGS manipulation by their employees ? (beside content related (Galnet) changes necessary).I said it's possible. But no, I don't think its likely. The loss of the settlements has already been explained (the actual explanation you were originally asking for).
Now you're expecting Frontier devs to come in and admit some sort of conspiracy against whatever your faction is.
Maybe this is finally the answer to "DO THE DEVS EVEN PLAY THEIR OWN GAME???" question?
