Nope. Anarchy is the absence of hierarchy, not the absensce of order and organisation.Wouldn't this activity qualify as "organized crime", rather than "anarchy"?

Do people who make the "aren't you a bit too organised to be anarchists?" comments think they're actually making some cutting critique about anarchy? I thought they just had a stunted sense of humour.
