I need Help to find Footage of a living Red Lobster

A Friend of me thinks that the rare Mutation where Lobsters have a red Color is Fake.
I've even sent him this Video but he thinks they poured hot Water over her or something similar

So I want to ask if someone can help me to find a Video of a living Red Lobster (natural Environment preferred) so I can finally let him believe it

He should come to Blijdorp in Rotterdam, they have Chimaera lobster. (which is what they call it).

I would also like to know why he thinks they are Fake
Doesn't really make Sense to torture Lobsters with hot Water just so they get a red Color especially in Places that aren't accessible for the Public
