That's pretty simple to achieve. Your combo multiplier goes up the more targets you hit without missing inbetween. One way to get better scores than if you quick draw at everything, only shoot when you're sure to hit one of the targets. Just calmly take your time with the targets and your multiplier will go up very quickly. Once you have a miss-shot, the multiplier resets again
