It does not work like that, meeting will be the first battle as this game does not really want us meeting, you did read this thread and not just the first and last pages. We will need to friend first then jump into a system. Then, maybe it will work.

Go for it. Fill your boots. Steal a kill? I don't do that. If I'm engaged with a fellow cmdr at a nav point or anywhere else, if he was there first I will hold fire if the target is down to 10% or so, only opening fire to strip the targets shields.

On the other hand, YES I will scan you. If you're clean you got nothing to worry about. If you're not, kiss my Asp.

To be honest I like to see the best in people so I don't use the KWS on CMDR's unless they're wanted in the basic target scanner as most CMDR's I've met in game have been friendly and quite approachable. NPC's are another matter, I KWS every one of those buggers.

But, I don't see how a player KWS me would annoy me, bounty hunting is part of the game and if I travel to a system I have a bounty I kind of expect to be scanned (and attacked) if I have a high enough bounty.

It shouldn't be an auto grief if someone happens to think you're a nice little earner, it should be fun.
