IMHO for as long as no hardpoints are deployed, there is no hostile intent - and no reason to freak out over it.

The Onboard scan IMHO should be silent, as not to confuse other Players getting temporarily locked out of pure curiosity. No harm in that....

It doesn't show if you just target someone and the normal scan resolves - but it definitely does with a KWS - not sure what happens if you cargo scan.

dude it's pointless, I rocked up and hung around for a bit, he's at the Altair Nav beacon. Instancing means you can be right next to each other and not know it, it's just pure luck. You have to add him as friend, which defeats the purpose of giving someone a beat down..

Do you have the mental age of a 9 year old? You sound like tool, not a badass... I'm in the Yab Camalo system, not flying all the way back to Altair for some in a Cobra.
