I wish that would help. If I thought it did, I would. I've played this game for 2 and 1/2 years, and reported on some pretty significant bugs, and guess how many got fixed.....?

Edit: To clarify, the stuff they were tied to was re-done, that cause the bug to become a much larger issue, or the system redone, but never a case where it was just 'fixed' where something else just had not 'overwritten it'. And even in those cases, the bugs would sometimes come back. But, it often takes major releases to nix them, and even then. so, yea. doesn't really matter.

Well, I'd like to be playing this, I'd like to be having fun with it, I wanted to be chillin' shooting rocks.
But I am here, because that doesn't work, wasting everyone's time. Why not, I got nothing else to do. Wait, there's that other game... Oh, my..... The DRAMA!

edit: Honestly, just venting because one is frustrated is even an exercise in futility, go figure.

I've been deep core mining on and off for the last 3 - 4 days using Prospector and Collector limpets and the game is rock steady - no crashes or connection issues (I am flying in Solo, not sure if that makes a difference).

Might get an easier audience if you vent about ED in the SC forums - much as it seems that venting about SC happens a lot in the ED SC thread :)

Did you try swapping out the refinery yet? Sounds like witchcraft but it's the only option that was put forward...

hmm, let me try this in Solo, maybe something is busted with Open.

The issue has been each time a limpet returned pretty consistently. Maybe something is out of whack.

Gonna give this a shot too, I'll try one fix at a time, see if I can figure out which one hits the mark.

Well. You have a more rare issue than before so they certainly have done something about it. I experienced the mining bug and the patch that fixed it. I’ve spent hours and hours since mining and can confirm the issue was definitely resolved for me.

That said, a transaction error message was not unheard of for me prior to the Sept update. Rare but not impossible. There were nights I had to stop because connection issues were a problem. I’m on Gig fiber so circuit latency or provider down-time is almost never the issue. Sometimes their servers just give me problems.

Yea, it could be something stuck someplace. I switched to Solo only to be chased off by a stupid pirate. I got a 26 jump trip to sell what I got for the best price, so, Its gonna be a bit before I make it back to where I was. At least I can get something besides this type 6. It won't be enough for a python, but It should be able to nicely fit an Axp Explorer, and I can put a little more pew pew on it to keep the baddie's at bay.

Maybe all of this will shake the Black Adder Blues away.

for me I would like the depletion to be persistent, makes sense we would deplete the ring eventually and have to move elsewhere. more realism..
