Unfortunately this doesn’t sit with the “combat as a game” model.
So I fight I’m a CZ until my Hull is down to 4%.
Run back to the station.
Repair and rearm.
Cash in bounties.
Repair integrity.
And back out in less than a minute.
From 4% Hull.
So that model can’t fit with permanent lasting weakness.
I love the idea.
But Frontier have skewed the universe to rich fast and easy.
If credits were extremely valuable.
If fuel and food and repairs were all you could afford unless you were Elite and dedicated to the game.
That would be the universe where scavenging and jury rigged millennium falcon style ships could exist.
But the economy would need to change so that you would kill your brother for a thousand credits.
