Idea for Passenger missions.

- Passenger mission to retrieve escape pod or personal belongings.

- Passenger mission that requires use of a Passenger enabled SRV, using muliple scannable check point system.
- Missions going to Thargoid sites (via srv).
- Missions going to abandoned mining sites (via srv).
- Missions going to ship crash sites (via srv).
- Missions going to investigate "new phenomenon" (via srv).
- Missions that require traversing a certain distance via srv.

It's a very rough draft proposal but in general I would like to see more gameplay not combat related on SRV so for me is YES +REP

What I would love to see are Passenger Missions that, in general, "break the current mould". Like a mission that says something like "Hey, one of our Operatives is being held in an enemy facility. Break them out & then bring them back here". This could then lead to a Follow-on mission where, having been debriefed, they now need you to take the Operative to a new location, drop them off, then return for them later. Or a mission that requires you to meet a contact in another system in order to transfer the passenger(s) in question-maybe you're taking the passengers to the contact, or the contact is handing them over to you.

As I suggested above, Passenger missions that require you to drop the passenger off at some unusual location, then return for them at a later point. Passenger missions that ask you to participate in whatever activity those passengers were planning to engage in (like scientists and explorers).

I'd also like the option to convert Occupied Escape Pods or Liberated Hostages into Passengers.

Lots of ways to add extra variety to the Passenger Mission mechanic, IMHO.

I don't like that first part. The rescue an operative sounds good, but the rest I could do without.

The convert Occupied Escape Pods into passengers sounds good.

Not entirely sure what it is you don't like? Just as with any Follow-on currently in the game, the post de-brief follow-on would be an optional extra.....emphasis on the word optional.

My point, though, is that I want missions that go beyond the current model of "collect passenger at same location as you get the mission, take them somewhere, then drop them off/bring them back here". Basically anything that adds some variety to Passenger missions work.

Oh, & it would be excellent to have many more ways to interact with passengers-as well as means by which we can increase their satisfaction, rather than just having ways to lose it ;). Passengers should also be able to offer a wider range of "side-missions" than is currently the case, & there also needs to be a wider range of potential Follow-on missions that can arise from completing a Passenger mission.
