No, I use a game engine for rendering and GLSL shaders with simplex noise.

It realy looks good seems detailed, the complexity is always a good thing, just look at earth in reality, and any other planet that we know details about them they are complex complex complex! Every day something new is discovered!
Maybe u will get youre work puted in this game .
