Buildings & Attractions Inactive viewing area

Your Feature Request / Idea
So one thing I find frustrating is when trying to plan an enclosure's size and shape based on viewing area (since I will eventually get contracts to maximize this percentage), it is often inconvenient/inefficient to power/path different viewing stations while I'm still working out the layout, or go use some paths to "mark" the eventual viewing area once they get turned on.

One improvement I would really like to see to the UI in this case is for a dotted line to be added to the border of a building's potential viewing area, so that even when disconnected, if I'm in a viewing mode (management, or placing a building with a viewing area) I can see precisely where other buildings cover. Preferably, that dotted line would remain visible when the building is active as well, so I can see which buildings cover what area, in case I'm planning to move/remove one.

In a related matter, it would be nice if, while in such view modes, area considered dinosaur viewing area that is not covered were to have some sort of highlight as well, perhaps a shadow or something like "fog of war" in many other games.
