Also, you may not have heard but there is another major expansion coming "soon" it would be unlikely that any major development effort will go into the current version, especially since it would mean a partial rewrite of odyssey.

If by "soon" you mean next fall for consoles then yeah, sure. Seriously, there is no reason that the Devs can't patch up the console version and give us a XSX/PS5 update since we have to wait so long for the expansion.
