Intraspecific Combat WAY too frequent!

I have a good size park, but I have been non-stop having to medicate the dinosaurs for the past hour because they wont stop combat. There IS a specific dinosaur with a highest Dominance rate, but it doesn't matter, because it keeps getting hurt and having to be removed, or whatever happens. I haven't been able to just stop and rest and focus on other stuff due to the constant flow of injuries due to the dinosaurs fighting.
And it almost always results in a Major Injury! It feels like Minor Injuries are the rare ones!
It feels like back in JWE1, if you set combat frequency to MAXIMUM, but somehow changed it to Maximum+, because they just. won't. stop.

Please, please, PLEASE fix this!

The nuisance is one thing. The cost, however, is enormous. Feeding brand new troublesome dinosaurs to the Rex is more cost effective than a lifetime of dealing with injury.

I haven't checked, but I think when you feed dinosaurs to other dinosaurs they get an infamy boost, which gives you rating, and hence - money.

Do any of your dinosaurs have negative traits that could make them more likely to start fights for Dominance? Check their Attack and Dominance stats and you should be getting a clearer picture of who could be the trouble makers.

No, and even if I did, I think it would still be happening too often.

I don't know if intraspecific combat is too frequent, but it definitely results in too many serious injuries. Most intraspecific combat should result in no injuries, then less than half should result in minor injuries, and serious injuries should be rare. Right now, it seems like serious injuries are the most common result. This isn't (a) realistic or (b) fun. Dinosaurs should be able to sort out their social issues without a vet and a ranger constantly needing to intervene.

I wonder how much of it is artificially pushed beyond the normal mechanic because of the story or difficulty level. In JWE1 there were missions during which dinosaurs were pushed to escape even if you made them 100% comfortable, so I wonder if there isn't some of that kind of funny business where dinos who wouldn't otherwise fight are pushed to and if injuries are more severe. The more Chaos Theory and Challenges modes I finish the more I've experienced a clear drop off after each mission is "Completed." NW USA was a steady stream of medium carnivores to the vet, but after beating it the tennis court spends most of the time empty. In fact, the exception that proves the rule is the UK: the tornados didn't start until after I beat it, and now it's every storm (I wonder if that's a bug, actually).
