In the system of Decima there is a "new" faction called the Invasive fleet of decima. They are federation rebels. Now it is true that i spend most of my time in Imperial space, but i think these guys are new and not a player group as there is no galaxy map description which usually tells you which is a player group and which is not.
so my questions please are:
1. Is this group "new" or have they always been here?
2. Is a rebel faction the much awaited freedom fighters?
