do bounties still have a positive effect on the system-authority-job faction's influence,
during a investment-state?

( today's the 13th where i am, so that's 2/3 days ago... NOT just under-one day)
...but unless someone else has been doing a equal / near-equal amount to bring them down, to lower their inf%, when bounty hunting raises it for the system-authority faction WHILE they're in control... which the Huiche Nationalists still are AND were, at that point...
...i see no effect, on the INARA graph - also taken via my desktop today, so... not the >1 day error, like i showed,
those bounties hand ins seem to be 2/3 days ago ( i thought it was yesterday, how time flies! )...
