Is four days too long for support to respond?

I logged into something not right with my carrier, four full days and not a peep from my support ticket 36004.

Is it wrong for me to expect a response in a day or two?

Anyone else seeing long response times from support?
 
Just to clarify, you raised it as a ticket, not an issue.

4 days does seem a bit long for a reply, especially on the support site at the moment there is no warning that responses may be delayed. They are usually fairly prompt. Maybe they its not a simple issue and have had to pass it onto the devs.

I'd say give it a week and if no success, try poking a community manager via PM.
 
They do say there is a 7 day(up to) response time right now, so business days they mean, at least from my experience. So i wouldn't count weekend/holidays as time spent just FYI.
Still they will at least get back to you in the time frame they are showing(most likely).

Four full days I interprete as Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday. Which is weekend.
Do you like to work on weekends OP? I don't :LOL:

Actually, support is pretty good and pretty quick.

You didn't state the case you implied, maybe it's difficult or non-standard, I'd give them 'till friday and then inquire again.
 
Support site says 7 days at the moment (well, if you refresh the site it does)

Problem is all the people sending them trivia to look into...
 
We've had christmas and generally in the UK a lot of people take leave that extends into Jan. Frontier are probably still operating christmas staffing levels! Patience you'll get a response every ticket i've ever logged has been successfully fixed/read/sorted.

Okay, I'll calm down then, I understand delays, I work IT and know the beginnings of year have high volumes.

For some reason all my carrier balance disappeared and I would like to know how, luckily only part of my credits were in there.
