This.They do say there is a 7 day(up to) response time right now, so business days they mean, at least from my experience. So i wouldn't count weekend/holidays as time spent just FYI.
Still they will at least get back to you in the time frame they are showing(most likely).
Problem is all the people sending them trivia to look into...
