General Gameplay Island generator / island editor?

An improved sandbox, where from inside-outside the game you can create a random island,
or modify an existing one.

or create already active islands where to do specific missions - solve preset situations like full developed islands with tornado and dinosaurs roaming or such

Extremely key and potentially a good way to work into the different limitations of both PC and Console. Modders are already making good progress on this stuff, Frontier, so maybe beat them to it? You could make it so that PC has a greater possible limit to the size of maps it can generate and consoles have a smaller one. I mean, consoles have limitations so thats fine, but they at least might still be able to generate or edit their own islands, which will still make them happy and give a lot of replayability. The ability to place your own entrance is key too.
