Are there people currntly on the ISS. If so can they be tested and do test for the virus that can't be done on earth?!

No, they can't have COVID-19 because they are on the station since September

Nah, there are all the people in Antarctica and the crews of nuclear submarines left, but then again all of those groups have finite supplies.
