I want to know why the Feds aren't out chasing the real criminals instead of harassing small business owners like myself! If I happen to find some gold just floating in space, I see it as my civic duty to salvage it as a hazard to navigation! I mean I can't go round asking everyone if it fell off the back of their hauler, can I!?

I'd say , old chap , fencing IS generally frowned upon by the locals, especially the police force, try to avoid it you know !
