Lots of players currently experiencing bizarre issues in last few hours including cargo appearing and disappearing, transaction prices going haywire, ship components appearing and disappearing, multiple discoveries for the price of one scan, mysterious components with monstrously high stats and prices (level 60, class X, 4 billion credits :eek:) the dead rising from the grave, human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together...MASS HYSTERIA!!

Be careful what you do in game because people are losing stuff. I had almost 2 million credits and 124 tons of palladium disappear:(

I blame North Korea.:D

I logged out as soon as I seen the error happen, I knew right away something bad had happened server side.

Hopefully all will be well tomorrow and they role back to just before it hit as I suspect I lost several million which I had just recuperated from another different bug earlier.

Not a good day, ah well could have been worse I was 1% hull from losing 100 million and having to start over because an NPC ship appeared out of no where right as I passed through the exit, bounced around in the tunnel through me several times then it was blown up by the station.

Cost me 3 million in repairs which I had to sell my cargo at a loss to pay, have ticketed hopefully get that money back along with the 17 million that vanished when I bought the T9.

Wow, I'm kind of glad my internet connection was out today. It would have been more infuriating to been in game with the issues! Someone up there loves me! They really love me!!

Interesting. I'm up 124 Palladium and 2-million credits. Stow your conspiracy theories though, probably just a coincidence.

This issue is in no way new but they presumably put a fix somewhere that attempts to fix your cargo balance. I was under an impression that relogin should work, but selling something not already broken might help as well.

Same crap here. Lost half a million credits. 350,000 in lost profits from rare trades because I could NOT get rid of my cargo. Something went wrong when I bought it I'm sure. I bought 20 and it didn't seem to register so I thought I`d not pressed the Submit button. So I pressed it again and the cargo filled the 20.

When I finally came to sell it, I had sold the other 12 items in my bay then the 20 of the rare trade went up to 32. Weird. Was totally unable to sell it. Kept getting Server Transaction Error.
So I just went out into space and jettisoned the whole lot. came back... full up with 32 again. this repeated a few times.

Tried to go to outfitting to sell my cargo holds but you can't cos they're not empty. I jettisoned all '32' in the spaceport. not really caring. Cargo showed empty. 0/32.
Went to commodities... 32/32 FULL !!

Ok lets switch ships, maybe I will automatically lose cargo... nope.... cant switch cos cargo isn't empty. So one last course of action. Self destruct. To which I thought screw this, and went head-on into the space station with full afterburners.
278.000 insurance.... Got my ship and cargo was empty. I have filled it now with 22 rare goods. Whether it holds or scrrews up again I dunno.

But I want my half million CR back please !!! It may be a small amount for some but I have to put in some decent time to get that back not to mention what's lost.

You know, i did notice a couple of days ago, there was a GALnet news posting with a date of January 28 or something like that, even though it was December 28. Maybe they had a date/time mismatch somewhere and it's screwing everything up now.

Yeah that's been there a while. The only people that don't know about it are FD.

Oh, no... Disco has been used for a long time when it comes to connectivity issues. "Disco is Dead" used to be the mantra back in the late 70's, early 80's when it came to music. It's only natural that the next generation incorporate it into the lexicon as an abbreviation. ;)
