For over a week now I've been unable to log into the game due to a CTD which occurs on joining. This happens with Solo, PG, and Open. I know this is a known bug (it's all over the issue tracker), and I've been sitting on a support ticket for over a week hoping to hear something, but so far there's been no response. I feel like this issue should be escalated to a higher priority if it's not already. I don't mind the wait that much, but it'd be nice to hear something from the devs or support team with regards to this issue. I know I'm not the only one affected and support is understandably very busy at the moment. But it would be nice just to be given some kind of heads-up, or at least an acknowledgment that the issue is being considered a high priority fix for a future patch.
