June Monthly Catch Up

Chante Goodman

Hello all!

What a busy month it has been! From our big announcement regarding Planet Coaster: Console Edition, to seeing all the fantastic community creations our PlanCo Fam have been putting onto the Steam Workshop, this June has definitely had a lot going on. Let's recap together!

News:

On the 16 June, we announced that Planet Coaster: Console Edition's release date would be moving to Holiday 2020, and would be launching on both current and next-gen consoles! We can't wait for you all to get your hands on it, as our team have worked diligently to bring the best coaster simulation game of all time to consoles. If you haven't had the chance, you can read our announcement here:

Not only that, but we wanted to introduce you to some of the incredibly talented team working on Planet Coaster: Console Edition. They provided us with just a glimpse of what is in store coming Holiday 2020. You can Meet the Makers here:

Sadly, this month Lead Community Manager Bo also announced she will be leaving Frontier next month to start a new chapter in her life. We know that as she is the longest running Community Manager for Planet Coaster, it will be hard to say goodbye to Bo, but we're sure we'll see her around! You can read her goodbye post here.

We're big fans of Kombat Wombat's cyberpunk park: Neo Tokyo, and with good reason! Look at how beautiful this ride skin is! Titled: Flower of Neo Tokyo.

The Rogue Runner by Esbi is just our kind of ride! A speedy ride around the canyon, which looks good at day or night!

The Asourabi - The Garden on Wonders by JaiSss is a detailed mini-park that includes two coasters, four flatrides and more!

Creator Spotlights:

Wikz spent many hours building the Danish-inspired park he named Dania. It's finally finished, and we think you should check out his YouTube playlist on this park!
