I am playing on 2560x1080 resolution and my gtx 1080 on full usage barely can handle medium settings on average 70 fps, but 99% fps is like 25/30. Is it normal? Playing on Windows 11, CPU i5-8600 and 16GB RAM 2666MHz with M2 SSD disk.
