I fail to see how that changes anything... the relative size between a Compy and a goat isn't significantly different from the relative size between a Proceratosaurus and an Edmontosaurus... like the Procerato all the Compy would need to do is jump on the goat and bite the neck... which is stupid, but that's how the game works...
