PvP Just got killed

In the end I still hit the block player button.
Because I don't like wasting time.
Because I don't like the radio silence. I don't care if you play a pirate or terrorist or psycho killer but please say something.
Because I can.

By blocking them I still somehow won in the end.

So what did I learn today? Engineered wings aren't as overpowered as I thought. Dying for no good reason sucks. I need to git gud at escaping if I want that power plant upgrade and continue to play in Open.

As a player of ED that so far went throw the entire PvE content, I naturally now want to try the PvP options. I need your input on what could have prevented you from Blocking me or leaving/abandoning Open Play. but first let me explain what I personally would have done after I interdicted you.

About me as a newbie PvP player with low engineered ship with low PvP skills:
1. I am fully aware that blowing up your ship gives me nothing of significant value.
2. I am fully aware that blowing up your ship will result in you losing all the possible income of your missions, the insurance of your ship and throwing you back at where every you launched from.
3. I will always attempt to communicate with the my "victim", but most of the times they disappear without neither low or high wake so they also never speak to me but one single word "Why" and 2 second after they just vanish without a low or high wake to scan. It took me many interdiction before I found out what they were doing and I am not sure if I was imberrised because I didn't know or because as an Open Play player I never expected that you can just logg off.... for 2 years playing the game that never occurred my mind but again not my first gig and usually you are not allowed to.
4. I have never "killed" a ship that simply was trying to escape my interdiction no I do not enjoy it and again it is of ZERO game play value in the game for me.
5. I do it for Role-Play since there is again Zero profit out of it and I care to not damage the play of the other party, but simply hope to interact with them, explain my plot that I am a crazy guy that wants to eat their passangers or something but will let them go after :) But not that it maters before I manage to explain my Role Play element the other player has already disappeared from my map.
6. Till a couple of days I was having extremely hard time to find any PvP players/ combat ships to fight at all since the vast Galaxy Map and the few numbers of PvP players in the game at all.
7. Now I learned that CG is where they go(it's not a brain stormer why they do it there), so my advise is if you don't like what happened to you, don't go there where they know exactly you will go like CG.
8. I want to interact as a PvP player with ANYONE in ED but the game have done this so pointless, hard and easy to evade that it is as much game breaking for you as it is for me.

About you as the Victim (What do I have to do so you do not block me or leave Open Play or just disconnect 15 second after I interdict you):
1. Do I start talking in chat and immediately tell you I will not blow up your ship, so that you don't run away and feel safe and welcomed to engage in conversation?
2. Could I shoot first, damage you, then start conversation with some Role Play request (will not break your mission ofc or destroy you.)
A: I will threaten you to destroy you, if you do not comply (I will not do so but you don't know it)?
B: I assure you, you are in no danger at all and I am simply trying to stay in character, what short massage for that would you suggest?
3. I have attempted the most logical approach that I thought and it has failed in every way.
First I start with my REQUEST in chat.
Ship 100% ignores me and tryes to escape or attack me (Attackers never talk to you they are too buisey attacking ... I understand).
I open fire but never destroy the Ship, after I take down shields I repeat my Request and give a harder warning like "Stop immediately or I will destroy your ship" (Again Role Play, will not destroy it I get nothing as reward of it).
From here on I have tried two things:
A: I continuously attack the ship till he Jumps away or disappear while I stop my attack if he reaches like 13% on hull and then its too hard to massage one more them since they had enough time to jump away
B: I get out of character and say something like "Dude I am trying to Role Play I will not destroy your ship and I don't want you to eject anything, just stop and talk to me."

So far I get either no response form all commanders or the remarkable "Why", even after I thought I made my self clear why in chat. So what am I doing wrong here. Is there no way every that you can interdict a player and not get blocked or logged off or just simply ignored.

It's hard to understand but we are all humans when some one ignores us we are insulted and don't want to play along anymore. Is there no way to fix this?
