Just Me At Beagle Point?

So I thought I would pop my head up in Mobius then Open at BP, looks like I'm the only Cmdr up there at present. Had hoped to o7 with a few friendlies, maybe even find a FC to land and make some repairs.

Oh well, I shall push on to Semotus and check out the action there.

At least I didn't get ganked, after my 85k+ LY journey up via Explorers End and the western rim.

Congratulations on your successful trip to BP. Do you have everyone blocked or maybe ED's instancing is being wonky due to over-crowding at BP?

Actually my third time there, second as this profile.

So I guess I'll head on over to Semotus. I had expected with FC's now the rage there would have been at least one or two parked up there, but hey ho...

Maybe one of these days FD will put a station there we can dock at, little hub for the "far north".

are you sure you haven't filtered something, because there are 2 FCs there.

No filters, however I'm now at Isthum's Reach and there is a FC called "Black Pearl" out at the furthest point. Heading off to see if they're friendly...

Been there three times always in Open of course and never found anybody in my instance (PS4,maybe on PC there are more players) even after several relogs just to check,let alone at Ishum's Reach,point is only a small players percentage take that route and being instanced together is very rare,there were FCs in both places last time I went there (4th quarter 2019 or early 2020 don't remember)

Nope it's a Lemon Tree now,gamma Ray mutations you know,but the Dom Perignon I left under the rock with the DBX years ago was still there when I went with the Phantom.Took a bit to become liquid again though.

As an aside, what's the procedure to land at a FC? Presumably target and comm same as a station back in the Bubble? I'm also curious what happens if the FC jumps while you are still docked - presumably you respawn in whatever system it's moved to?

docking same as stations
yes, if it jumps, you jump with it. you get several warnings before service lockdown if in the game. i wouldn't log out on an unknown FC, though.
