Some areas I'm still having trouble but finally finished JP chaos theory, onto San Diego. Sometimes it feels like it's getting easier, but a spanner often gets thrown into the works and everything happens at once.
For all my niggly complaints I do not think JWE2 is a bad game. obviously, I'm still stubbornly at it! haha. it just looks so good and is great when the dinosaurs are happy and not fighting over I dunno what, the territory system and simple fact of planting lots of invasive plants -- I mean paleo-plants for herbivores to eat -- instead of feeders is a great thing. my enclosures look pretty good. I enjoy setting up my amenity buildings,
I do find times to watch them but not as much as I'd like.
I definitely think they overdid the micromanaging parts, and that it feels like you are forced to rush to a certain research and building stage as fast as possible. Some things take a while to register that you've started or completed the requirement, quarantine is a major thing at the moment for me, and research objectives.
Some people don't like constant busy work in games and it is boring because it's not enjoyable. busywork constantly can be a very boring tedious experience to many.
