really hope JWE3 shops will simply be new buildings, JWE1 buildings and JWE2 buildings and maybe some will have open interiors just like in this picture

Yeah, and a proper first-person mode (as well as playable dinosaurs in creative/sandbox mode), so I would play as a Utahraptor hunting the human character played by my brother trying to survive. I know this game series is a sandbox park building game, but this feature would be nice and very cool. :)
This is a park management sim... if you want a game about dinosaurs hunting people with a cooperative mode, go play something like Primal Carnage.

I know it's a park management sim game, but that feature would be nice anyway. Also, I prefer Jurassic World Evolution games, since I get to customize the park and have a much wider variety of species in our parks. If this feature was in the game, then it would be much better than Primal Carnage or other multiplayer dinosaur survival games. :)

I don't know about that.
I don't see any business management/strategy games that do co-op and I'm certain that if that were an official mode, there'll be a lot of griefing. And no Open RCT2's multiplayer mod doesn't count.
I'm sure Frontier will figure that part out, and possibly have a toggle-able option where only the creator of the park has the ability to build and demolish anything in their parks to avoid griefing.

how could semi-aquatic species be seen underwater? a normal viewing gallery would make us see these kind of creatures only when they're ashore, maybe glass walls but cmon, wouldn't be cool and realistic to see a weak glass wall in a spinosaur's enclosure. Glass walls for Kaprosuchus/Postosuchus, but for the spino or other giant semi-aquatic species what can they do? maybe some kind of gallery, similar to thr JWE1 aviary viewing gallery.
