If you bought it on Steam then you just have to register on https://www.frontierstore.net/ and after logging-in there just enter your key in the appropriate page of the "My Account" menu - https://www.frontierstore.net/customer/accountpage/ .... Steam does the download and installation.
If you bought from the Frontier store then you just download from "My Downloadable Products" page of the "My Account" menu. https://www.frontierstore.net/downloadable/customer/products/ and you don't need to use any Key from the store at all.
