I attempted to visit the Kingfisher now that the permit lock is lifted. Just keep getting black added errors. Recommend avoiding.

Likely because Its still 4.0 content... It was 4.0 only content after it jumped. As you could only see the stargoids in 4.0..
Its was never permit lock removed in 3.8 untill after the update and its likely meant to still be permit locked for 3.8...
Carriers were blocked on all versions from going in there... even when the EDO/4.0 test permit was added to 4.0...
