Landing Gear in motion

Greeting Commanders:

Request:- Please can we have a slight change to the landing gear indicator.
While the gear is in transition from up to down, or down to up, can the indicator flash rapidly to show that though the gear change has been requested, it is not yet ready.
Once the gear status has changed, then either the lamp stays on to show the gear is down and locked, or the light goes off to show the gear has been stowed and the gear doors closed.

Better still for the future, could the gear down and locked show green and transition show red.

Just a few thoughts, no biggie.

Could apply to cargo scoop too...

While not an important change i do feel its a small detail that helps, especially as these ships are in 3300, we have landing gear status lights in planes current day so why not in future! OK we know when we press the button that its gonna take a second or 2 but this status idea should be in the game, especially if your landing gear takes damage it might not fully retract!

and why just not make the Gear animation in the holograph of your ship, it´s already there, it takes space in your cockpit, it moves, so it´s a 3D object....i really never understood why you can see the landing gear on it.
