I read on the forums that the next update will be the LAST FREE UPDATE! That is entirely unacceptable until we are finally given the ability to build paths underground! Come on now, guys. This was something that RCT3 did 13 YEARS AGO! It's old graphics technology. Without it, my parks are simply not as exciting and immersive as the ones I built in RCT3. Secondly, there also needs to be an automatic way to build waterfalls. You know? Lastly, we should be able to make paths that operate in such a way that we can build walk-through rides, like haunted houses, mini golf courses, etc. These are three very basic things that should be done before making us pay for updates. I noticed on Reddit that many people were clamoring for more building materials. While that is all well and good, we have plenty to work with for the time being. Let's get more of the basics completed first, huh?
1. IMPORTANT: Make paths that can be used to create walk-through rides.
2. VERY IMPORTANT: Supply the ability to automatically create waterfalls without finagling with the scenery tools for hours on end.
3. VERY VERY IMPORTANT: Let's get this paths/underground building thing finished up. Right? Like I said, this ability should have been completed up front, before the game was even released. RCT3 did it in 2004! That's almost a decade-and-a-half ago! By the way, while you are at it, make it so that glass tunnel paths can be built through water, as well. Shouldn't be too hard.
EXTRA: VERY VERY IMPORTANT, TOO: The management aspect of Planet Coaster is simply not what I expected. There is loads of room for improvement, and it seems that with each subsequent update, Frontier is pulling further and further away from this very important aspect of the game.
EXTRA, EXTRA: Also, let's get rid of the ridiculous coaster building restrictions in Sandbox mode. I would like to have them removed all around, really. But it truly lacks sensibility to have them when building in the Sandbox. The restrictions don't really make any sense in that case.
