Wot, even for a Scot living in Yorkshire?

Well - most budgets then.... 
We are growing as community - are the plans to make Lavecon a bit bigger than it is? Or you will try to keep it compact and lean to keep small buzz fun?

It's not us that decides these things, but Lave Radio. We are just hopeless hangers-on
To be fair to the team... the thing that determines the price is how much it costs to put the event on. Last year, our enjoyment was subsidised from the pockets of Karen and Allen. This year, we paid our own way.
2016 will, I'm sure, happen.
To help build on the event, the best thing this community can do is get behind it, join in and help make it grow.

I hate to be a nag, but is there any news on the transcript and/or audio recording of the Q&A session?

Yeah we are not sure about this. We didn't realise FD didn't want it streamed live till just before the panel. So it looks like in our efforts to kill the stream (I hit the sound desk with my wrench!) we may well have been over zealous and killed it all, audio as well. We are checking a second sound board we had at the event and are trying to see if we can reconstruct from there . If that doesn't work we will put the word out for attendees who asked questions to post them on social media and then we can see how much people in the room remember about the answers

I was out of the room for half of it...
Frontier kicked iff with Welcome video from db, some screenies, telling us about the skins and then said 'fill these in as you leave'.....
At that point I pictured 100+ eager commanders fighting over 2 pens so went on a mission to raid a big bundle of pens from the hotel. Went via our desks to make sure Liv could collect all the forms back in and then dashed back to the room just before the end of the q&a to hear a chat about Moray Starboats.
So... missed the middle bit.
