I can honestly say? Guardian tech was way too flashy, glowing and crystalline, for my taste. The ships I want the most are Xeno!

Yeah but we know how that will work. We get Guardian personal arms and gear and they are only useful on Thargoid and are incapable of harming humans...which means we are superior to the Guardians in every way, except in harming Thargoids.
