Let's rewrite Netcode for player-owned carriers and multiplayer wing missions next year

Players will be saying "My wake scanner told me that guy cmdr should be in a star system, but when I got there he vanished!" or "I lost a girl cmdr from a planet when jumping in and out, but she was gone!".
Maybe my examples isn't the best, but my concern is primarily the separation of commanders who was there in your instance moments before, but somehow ended up disappearing into another even when in the same star system or planet.

I'm desensitised by the random instancing mechanics, and have mostly ignored the game's incorrect distance of stations when I exit supercruise,
but my wisdom tells me that without rewriting Netcode the new proposed player-owned carriers and multiplayer winged missions will simply suck more than a black hole.

There needs to be flying continuity and not loading screens or pause moments... This has to work out... I feel as if I'm in a relationship with E: D not wanting the relationship to be on the rocks.
