I've tried dullahan a few times and never had more than three canisters drop. It's usually zero. Is there a trick that I'm missing? I always get the cargo hatch first.
Do not shot the Hatch to 0%
Time your shots a bit more to give the cargo time to dump before you hit it again, it's a chance to malfunction every hit under 70%. Also, limpets help a lot when trying to force a cargo dump, but then you need to take out the PD Turrets first.

Non combat oriented (or rusty) commanders can have fun doing Operation Dullahan by winging up with someone else. They do the shooting (I guess as they attract attention to themselves) while you scoop the canisters. Worked well tonight. My first community goal/wings experience and had quite an enjoyable time while learning the ropes.
Go to the Convoy Beacon, declare for CSG, take out the biggest threats then focus on the T-9. Strip the shields, plink the cargo hatch to 60% or so, then take out the Point Defences. Launch a Hatch Limpet and scoop up all those luvverly canisters. Having buddies in a wing helps. Once you've milked the space-cow dry, finish her off for fun and creds and SC outta there. Go to Hartsfield Station, slip in without being scanned, sign up for Operation Dullahan (incorrectly labelled a Fed community goal) then sell your loot on the black market.
