Lets test this persistent universe and see if FD are true to their word.

So what's next? Do we keep at Operation Dullahan and hand in combat bonds when we can, or do some of us need to start smuggling weapons now, so the Sons of Conn can hold out a little longer?

I say go for whatever suits your style of play :)
What do you guys think, Orfeboy, Nightstorm, Sirius, Mauze etc?

Edit: HAH, ninjaed by orfeboy...

Yeah seems the combat bonds must be handed in at that particular station.
Taking a break from gathering intel as I'm in the top 40% and doubt I could make it into the top 15% in any reasonable time. So I'm hitting the warzones. Money ain't quite as good mind but I'll live.

Nearly sidey'd myself running Dullahan.. I really should keep an eye on the remaining credit balance when I'm flying in harms way :p

Aye, that was our mistake - he selected a faction before I dropped so they took us one at a time instead of us being able to cover each other. Was more fun than I've had with my clothes on in a while though, although some of those clothes needed laundering afterwards :)

It sure was fun! Next time I won't self medicate so much before starting ED :D

So, the Spear of Lugh combat bond CG has already reached tier 8, while the Goibniu's Gifts weapon trading CG has reached tier 1 at the moment. Which is more important to work on? Is there a realistic chance of reaching tier 9 in Spear of Lugh (or tier 2 in Operation Dullahan for that matter)?

yeah, annoyingly it must be handed to Balandin or it doesn't count.
Yeah, this. I made this mistake at the beginning of the week after handing in about 1mils worth of combat bonds. That was on top of the 600k or so I'd handed in before signing up >_< still managed to climb in to the top 15% just keep chipping away.

Is it my imagination, or did I see tumbleweed and hear that whistle tune from a western...

Edit: Found it

I'm a merc with federation leanings. Maybe I should change it for now. :p

Anyone having issues with nothing being at the convoy beacon? Like no NPCs or anything?

How can you have Federation leanings after what you have witnessed here in Lugh? Can you not see their warmongery? Have you not witnessed their unwillingness to settle this peacefully? Democraticly under their own system? Have you not witnessed the missing pperson posters hanging on every surface of every station interior? Have you failed to hear the shrill cries of every mother for the loss of their children? Have you failed to notice the the unlawful yet open sale of slaves in LTT4846? Can you ignore the persecution of a mans right to follow his own religion? Would you support a system that persecuted those who would choose to find their own spiritual path in life? Does this sound like a regime that is fair and just? A regime that you would desire to be part of? Or does this infact sound like a facist regime whos members are simply to doused in its doctrine of lies and wrapped in its symbolism to recognise the beast into which it has evolved?

Preaching ideals and moral beginnings is noexcuse for the crimes of the present. The worm which you call this Federation is nothing more than a monster who leans upon noble star systems in order to suck them dry of all they possess. To prop up their moneymen while the weak are forgotten. These people are too indoctrinated in their own system to fathom the possibility that there is a better and fairer way for people to co-exist.

But the wheels are turning my friend and those wheels can never be stopped once they are in spin. They may repress those who challenge them but each blow they deal will knaw at them like a cancer until one day their filthy regime will come toppling down. History has proven this to be true of every bloated worm that one day finds it can no longer feed its maw.

And this worm shall prove no different...
