Do we have any idea if there will be any visible effect in Lugh due to the reverse in influence of the powers that be in it?
I.e. Will we be seeing a civil war state declared somehow and war zones spawning, federal battlecruisers coming in or what not?
Do you know when does the game update the status and faction control stats daily? Some of us are doing something similar near Alioth and ant to see if progress has been made in the last day or it's broken, but right now still stuck.
I have just arrived to fight for the Freedom of Lugh against the Federation dogs. I have done a few delivery missions for Crimson and I havent gain any influence points yet but gained rep. Do u think its stalled or just snail pace influence gain?
Thanks for joining!
Influence is updated once per day. So you wont see anything immediately. Probably some time this evening.
That's why we're doing this. To see if our actions are enough to cause the system to change states.
If you look at the system tab on your right MFP, you can see more detailed information about the system and its faction. We've watched the Crimson State Group go from a minor faction, to the equal of the controlling Federation faction, to having greater influence than the Federal government. We've also seen the state moving from "civil war pending" to "civil war critical." Personally, I think that means we're just on the edge of a civil war, and it will be triggered once the Crimson State Group's influence goes over 50%.
No, no, that part I get alright. I ve spent a few days in Lugh with friends etc and I got my own captures of the state changes etc:

What I am talking about is actual direct gameplay changes. Things like War Zones spawning and/or Federal Battlecruisers joining in and us having to repel them etc etc etc.
I am returning from afar. I do not adhere to your fairytale religion but I agree with your politics. Therefore I will join you in denying the federation their stranglehold on the system. I have read all posts on this subject with interest. It seems there are a few CMDR Pilots feeding on the influx. Beware.
Brothers and Sisters of the Crimson State, I have traveled far and wide, exploring beyond the frontiers I bring back good fortune and many wonders of the galaxy, but none more so than the excitingly named HIP 63835, I hearby claim this system (And bragging rights!) in the name of the Crimson State Group!
A system with no less than 17 stars! 3 black holes! a truly stellar sight!

After two hours of trying to find "rebel" (aka Federation loyalists) transmissions, I am sad to report that I failed in my task. Luck was not with me this morning.
But I have stumbled upon a way to further help the cause of Liberty for Lugh. I had accidentially accepted a contract for the Federation, and didn't realize it until after I was in Sesuang looking for said ephemeral transmissions. Lo and behold, another suffering under the Federation's yoke needed what I had accidentally picked up, and was willing double the Fed's offer to take it off my hands!
So not only did I hurt the Federation's standing in Lugh, but I made a hefty profit as well. Everyone (except the Federation) wins!
Plus I fulfilled a number of other contracts for the Crimson State Group.
All in all, a good morning.
