Lets test this persistent universe and see if FD are true to their word.

Civil wars are between factions within systems. The faction who wins takes ownership of the station.

That was a good one :)

Anyway the Sesuang system is still controlled by Federation owning no station. Good think is that we have Sellers Terminal again to trade agricultures to Lugh.

Yeh i also did a lot of this Deliver Intel Dossier, Courier Samples, Secure Deliver Paterns etc missions for Sesuang CO yesterday to support them. Maybe those trigger Civil war the most.

How can it still be controlled by the Feds if they have no stations? Michael said that once the contolling stations flipped then the system would flip. Both stations are now owned by Sesuang Co. So whats going on?

Outbreak description. NGALIBA.
Seeking meds (Outbreak), debris fields (?), checkpoints (Lockdown), and convoy beacons (?) here.

I think it needs a War (not Civil War) to change the whole allegiance of a system. Maybe if two systems of different allegiances for example Federation, Alliance or Empire are in a state of War the one who wins takes ownership of the system. But i dont know if an Independent system or faction could get in war with a Federation system etc..

Maybe system ownership gets flipped at the next update "tick" now the station itself has flipped? Or it's a bug. 50-50 chance of either ;)

Sounds like a bug given that Michael has previously stated that when the main station flips the system will also flip.

We're hunting our own???

Probably a bug? I'd ticket it.

That looks a bit daft. How can they have a boom and a bust on the way at the same time?

By the devs original ideas, if there is an economic boom, there will be an economic bust following it, i.e. every economic bubble must burst and it is always painful. (similar to a cooldown period after a civil war).

Then why does every other system with a boom (ourselves included) not have bust running up behind? Looks like a bug to me.

Random mission generator is random. In other systems I've had missions from the controlling faction to kill their own system authority ships. I'm hoping they filter out the "nonsense" combinations in patch 1.1.

Pretty sure that every war has some detractors for the cause playing on the same side. We'll run the mission and check the outcomes. As long as they are expected we'll be happy. If they produce something unexpected we'll post the results and steer clear of this mission card.

Depends on how long the boom is going? Since ours just started, we might have to wait another day or so to see the bust state. Or, it's a bug.

can you judge the difficulty of the target by the reward? $150k+ seems to always be elite annies, but is it safe to assume something with a bounty this size is a cobra or something?

Did two of this missions with the same reward today but associated with LFE and both targets were Orcas.

Overall if they pop up we should do them because they really hurt LFE.

~40 -> clear orca (doable on sidewinder with dumbfire missiles)
~150 -> wanted anaconda
