Look, now you're just trolling me
Give us a break! we're doing our best to keep this Lugh thing Celtic
I even put in 'Boudica City' for you guys!
It is not my intension to make this thing just Irish. It is my view that Lugh is a system that represents the Celtic world. That includes Ireland, Britain, the isle of Mann and anywhere else that wants to celebrate its Celtic ties or heritage.
Lugh was not just worshiped in Ireland even if 'Lugh' is the Irish spelling of his name. He was a Pan-Celtic God that was also worshiped in Britain, Gaul and elsewhere in mainland Europe. He is as much yours as he is mine!
I don't know any Welsh or Manx.
Scots Gealic is very similar to Geailge and can be understood by speakers in both countries. Mostly the differences lie in the spelling or pronunciation of words. Both languages stem from 'Old Irish'.
I have to work with what i've got. If anyone has any Welsh I am all ears!
