Guys it will be really dangerous to trade alone in Open Play without a escort from now on and especially in Lugh.
I would all of you suggest to form Wings or switch to Group and Solo mode for the time being... (to trade)
Orfeboy maybe you can create a Group and let all the known CSG supporter join later tonight?

I checked out Lugh space a couple minutes ago (i was looking for TSAFs friend).
Lots of new names out there.

While this makes total sense, I do not personally like the idea of hiding in solo or groups. That is just my opinion. If everyone in the game were to take that stance what would be the point in playing? I understand your concern and we need to talk about this properly but I would say let this be your thing Mauze. You set up the group. There is going to be plenty of little jobs given out to everyone over the next while. We are going to have to pull together to get this done :)

Don't take me up wrong. I see the value in what you are saying and I am sure there are plenty of players out there that would have no problem with using such tactics. I am only speaking for myself. It is just how I see it. I just feel the game loses something when players start trying to sneak around finding ways to exploit the system. It is only my opinion thats all.

But having said that, there are new mechanics that all players are going to have to familiarise themselves with and like you say, for tonight we might want to get to grips with those controls. A few hours in group mode until you are comfortable and have wingmen you can rely on as a sort of training excercise is probably vital. I have to learn the ropes myself.

Maybe us Mercs should blockade a station. That will make it safer for friendly traders though how do we know if someone is part of Crimson?
Edit: Though I guess if they are in a trader we don't have to worry about them messing with Crimson traders

I am young and feeble at the controls, but I would love to help however I can. I've been watching this movement for a bit, and it seems a noble cause. I fly a lowly Adder, and have earned a mere 115K in credits. I have done little to outfit my ship, and I had done some work for the Federation to try and gain entry to Sol, simply to return to where it all began. I do not share their beliefs, I simply wanted to go back "home". I will put that dream aside to be able to help those in need. Simply put.. Can I make a difference? If so, where do I begin?

Holy christ!!! Just got to Hartsfield....upon dropping out of supercruise, my cargo hold opened up. Then began jettisoning my cargo. I got a 150cr fine for each ton. That's 104. FML

That also means that there is currently 104 tons of Personal Weapons floating around outside of Hartsfield market

Congratulations CSG. I feel so guilty that I left all those months ago in January, but I shall make up for it by flying back and assisting the Lugh Freedom Fighters in reclaiming their rightful home system.

I had a navy ship attempt a Military Operation on me. I evaded the interdiction. I left work a little early so I could get on 1.2 when it dropped. I am in North America and don't see many of the regulars Lugh supporters in game very often. Now it's pretty thick at Ballandin. Nice to see everyone!

Why ... Why does it have to happen when I'm in the middle of a two-weeks-long school project and have quite literally no free-time ?

This said congrats guys : your perseverance has finally paid ! You will be writing Lugh's future with the Federation's blood soon enough. I just hope I can get to help before this is all over.
Also, I'm glad to read that the Mercs will be fighting on our side. Let's show the Feds how numerous their enemies truly are !
