Sure, I can do that, and I'll link this post in the OP as well.
Here are two example pictures:
system map screenshot of the Earth-like
galaxy map screenshot of the system

First off, take a look at the planet's name, and note which star(s) it orbits. In systems with multiple stars, this is noted by the system name followed with a letter. In this example, "AUCOFS UQ-K D9-52 A 7" means the planet is the seventh one orbiting the first star. In case it's something like AB, ABC, then the planet is orbiting more than one star.

Second, take a look at the galaxy map and the info tab. You'll see the exact star types listed after "Star types:". In this example where the system has three stars, "A9 VB, M1 VA, K3 VAB", the planet "AUCOFS UQ-K D9-52 A 7" orbits the "A9 VB" star.
If it were "AB 7", for example, I'd list that as "A9 VB, M1 VA".

I hope this helped.

Also, an interesting bit of trivia: the current record holder for most stars orbited is HIP 56474 ABCDE 1, discovered by CMDR SANDAL.

@ Krunchie: to be precise, this one is the record holder for an Earth-like orbiting the most stars. Now that you mentioned it, I have no idea if anybody found any other kind of planet that's orbiting six or more.

@ ShonAnzomi: thanks, and welcome to the list! I'll look up the distances to Sol in a day or two, and then they'll be good to go.

@ EnlightBystand: thanks as well! But say, why the attached screenshot of a water world at the end of your post? I don't mind, of course, I'm just curious.

Making a screenshot oke but remove the location .

who benefits from it , the ones that want a quick route to elite status and large amount of credits.

Exploring is more than just about credits ;)

You're mistaken if you think this list was made to facilitate exploration credit farming or if you think that finding Earth-likes will help you do that. Instead, the ones that want a quick route to exploration Elite and a large(ish) amount of credits will go farm the neutron star regions. Scan just two neutron stars (and you can find them by the hundreds) and bam, you've earned more than if you visited an Earth-like.

O know that i am exploring entire sectors 1 system at time and al the conecting systems shown in the nav list.
2374 interlocking systems and counting. +/- 2500 in the route to that patch of space

If that's what you want to do then get stuck in, some people want to conduct systematic surveys of a region, some people want to wander more widely and see what they can see. I'm attempting a complete circumnavigation in a Cobra because reasons.

Anyone who wants to get credits as fast as is possible from exploration will head to a neutron field and farm.

None of these approaches are intrinsically more worthy than any of the others in any way, shape or form.

I originally set off for a trip for a week, taking a break from the monotony of combat. This then led onto a trip to Sag A, and now I'm wandering around the black, trying to decide where to go next...

Finding my first ELW added an element of interest, and I assumed I'd not see another one for a while. 10 ELW later, and I'm looking around the corner for the next one on each jump!

Just returned on October 30th 3301 from my tour in my trusty little Eagle (aka "phionebooth"-Explorer) which started on January 5th and brought me to Sagittarius A* and 298 days (9 months) later safely back home.
Here the report: https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php?t=186923

During my trip I found 18 ELWs of which 15 remained discovered by me, 3 where claimed by someone else meanwhile who had gotten home quicker then me.
3840 Systems have been visites, 267 water-worlds and 28 amonium-worlds have been found.
123 Mio Cr. have been earned for selling the data to UC.

Here the 15 ELWs:

And a nice video of the approach to this world with the Heart and Soul-nebulae in the background. Note: the overshooting was intentional to be able to have the nebula behind the planet :rolleyes:
