Coaster Crazy Little help please

I recently got a new iPad 4(64 gig version), and erased my iPad 3 and gave it to one of my kids, but now my game is saying I have to go through everything all over again, and game center is saying id conflict. How do I get my game center ID rectified, because I was only a few challenges away from completing the game and I really do not want to go through it all again. Thanks
